For the past 18 years i have been working  in a deprived area with social mix and migrant population .This area has been identified as having  major health inequality gaps - 10 to 15 years mortality between men and women , higher cancer rates cardiovascular and chronic respiratory diseases compare to the national average  - . We have completed a literature review to identify good practice examples at undergrad, post-graduate and CPD stages which has helped us to develop common elements of impactful development programmes. world café method

  In Dakar I had the opportunity to use the world coffee method which I found very interesting in terms of interactivity participants (doctors, nurses, midwives, social workers, health center adminstratives). The object of reflection was population responsibility, the health diagnosis of a territory.
